A: No, you will pay first month’s rent plus a security deposit, equal to one and half times last month's rent. If you don’t meet the qualifications, then you will pay two times last month’s rent.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: You must be 18 years of age to apply.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, in accordance with the terms of your lease.
Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: A cosigner is needed if the tenant does not meet minimum qualifications.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You can apply online, in our office and apply in person, or at the showing.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can either pay online through our property management website, via ACH, or in person with a money order.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: We are pet friendly. However, some owners are not in favor of pets on the premises. Therefore, you need prior approval by management to have a pet on the premises. The breed will also matter. A pet deposit is required in addition to monthly pet rent.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Depending on the terms of your lease a simple lease amendment can be written to work this out. However, each tenancy is different. Contact our office to discuss the issue.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Please provide written 30 days’ notice of your intentions.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: The owner pays for standard repairs. However, tenant caused damages requiring repair are tenant billable in accordance with the terms of your lease.
